MARKUS TEUBNER

The Systema Golf Academy, under the direction of PGA Professional Markus Teubner, offers high-quality golf instruction at Golfclub Zell am See - Kaprun - Saalbach. A holistic approach and years of expertise ensure sustainable improvements and more enjoyment of the game. Since 2001, he has been training children and youth from all over the world.

Markus Teubner was a long-time top player in the Austrian national team and has over 35 years of golf experience. He believes that talent doesn't decide, but rather what you make of it! His mission is to unleash your full potential of mental strength, inspiration, and motivation through highly efficient and tailored programs, in addition to achieving your individual goals.

Hey, I’m HP Bacher!

I'm based in Austria and I play professional golf since 2009. I love the game and its spirit and I'm very dedicated to get better at it, since age five. From a very young age I knew that I will be a professional golf player and make my living playing golf.

Being Austria´s best Amateur for two years and having played the most important Amateur events in Europe as well as the Amateur World Championship, The Eisenhower Trophy, the time arrived to turn professional.

I qualified as 6th Austrian of all time for the European Tour.

Played more than 100 tournaments on European Challenge Tour, Austral Asian Tour and European Tour so far in my career. Golf requires a lot of discipline and practice. It´s not just a matter of practice, but also the right way of practicing, in order to get better. Fitness, mental strength as well as a good technique are key factors to be successful. Based on these factors my daily training is planned.

I worked with some great coaches throughout my carrier and I’m really looking forward to share my learnings with the younger generation and enthusiastic players that want to become better at the game we love.

At Systema Golf Academy we do not believe in “Quick fixes”, a single solution or a swing model that propels your game to the top. For that the game is just too individual. We´ll provide you with an elaborate and objective analysis of your game before we create your winning formula!

PERSONAL

Markus is a great listener and adapts quickly to his students’ needs and is able to offer an easy to understand explanation using the right words and images. As a minimalist he´s always on the search for viable changes in his student´s game, backed up the intention to make long-lasting and successful changes.
